篇2:业务分析师岗位职责

业务分析师工作职责:

1、负责客服中心相关业务相关数据搜集、分析及汇报工作;

2、深入了解业务进行业务关键监控指标设立,对应搭建指标预警体系,并对异常提出对应解决方案;

3、基于业务输出客服中心相关业务数据分析报告,以数据分析结果驱动前端生产;

4、通过对于客户VOC搜集分析,计划性的对内外部输出客户VOC报告,驱动客户体验提升;

5、负责内部员工反馈业务改善问题收集、分析及提报,并推动问题改善落地;

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历,3年以上呼叫中心数据分析及业务分析工作经验;

2、具有良好的成本及用户体验意识;

3、较强的项目推进能力,优秀的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神;

4、较强的承压能力,可以适用高强度工作压力。

篇3:金融策划分析师岗位职责

任职要求

1、年龄22-28,性别不限,本科以上学历。金融学、经济学等相关专业优先;

2、工作经验:没有行业内2年以上工作经验者请勿投递简历,以免浪费大家宝贵的时间!

岗位职责

1、负责行情策划和撰写项目的行情宣传文案、主导行情策划宣传资料;

2、负责线下、线上报告会,具备开发培训、授课且能自己开发课程的长期工作经验;

3、协助公司销售团队做好客户跟进及维护;

4、与客户建立良好的关系,提升客户的满意度,维护长期的良好合作关系;

岗位要求:

1、深层次掌握基本面分析、技术分析各项理论和资金管理技巧者优先;有自己独特的观点和想法,但不是执着己见;可根据自己的交易系统和操作理念独立授课,有过金融行业培训、授课经验者优先,具有一定的营销思维和意识、做过销售相关业务工作的优先;

2、具有较强的文案功底及创新意识,思维活跃;

3、熟练运用WORD/EXCEL/PPT等文字处理与排版软件。
