1、利用公司提供的医院资源,与目标客户群建立并维护良好的关系,完成公司下达销售任务;

2、做好公司客户关系的日常维护,扩大公司的市场影响力和市场占有率;

3、做好协议的签订和收款。

任职资格:

1、22-45岁,大专以上学历,医学类学历背景,愿意从事销售工作;

2、具有良好的沟通表达能力,普通话标准、流利;

3、具备能吃苦,学习能力强,有自我学习和自我成长要求。

职责描述:

主要驻点在北京公立医院的特需、国际和VIP病房,协助直付卡客户就医并提供相关服务,具体如下:

OnsiteServiceinPublicHospital

?Verifypatient’sIDandbenefit;

?CollectCo-InsuranceandDeductiblefromthemember;

?Copythemedicalrecordifnecessary;

?InchargeoftheclaimsmanagementofBeijingKeypublichospital;

NetworkManagementandNegotiation

?Maintainthestablerelationshipwiththekeypublichospital

?Providedirectbillingservicetrainingforkeypublichospital

?Communicatewithnetworkprovidersforbillingissue,adminissueandsolvecustomercomplaints

?CollectandchecktheclaimsinBeijingpublichospitalseverymonth

?Updateandmaintainnetworkproviderinformationandsharedocumentsinnetworkteameverymonth,includingbutnotlimitedtobi-monthlynewsletter,monthlyrevampingdirectbillingproviderlist(internalandexternal),noticetoGlobalnetworkteamandChinateam.

?Dataminingfornetworkproviders

SupportOtherOperationalAreasincludingService,Clinical,Sales,ClientManagement

?AccompanyBeijingclientswhowillvisitdoctorsinkeypublichospitalsorhospitaltourifnecessary.

?Provideconsultationsofhospitalrecommendations;

?Participateinoutofnetworkproviderdiscountnegotiationsforspecificcases;

?AssistspecialcustomercaseswhenNetworkcoordinationisrequired;

?CoordinateforDBproviderrequestsfromSalesandClientManagementteams;

任职要求:

?Collegegraduatewith2-3+yearsofexperienceworkinginhealthinsuranceorhealthcareindustry.Medicalbackgroundisnecessary.

?FluentinEnglishandMandarininwriting,readingandverbal;otherChinesedialectspreferred.

?Stronginfluencingskillsandtheabilitytoworkinacomplexhighlymatrixedenvironment,includingbalancingprioritiesofmultipleorganizationstodeliverresults.Dependencyoninterdepartmentalresourcesthatmaybe“matrixedrelationships”toresolvekeyserviceissues.

?Effectiveprocessimprovementandproblemresolutionskills.

?TechnologicalcompetenceinoutlookandMSOfficeproficiencyincludingWord,PowerPointandExcel.

?Effectivecommunicationandinteractionwithotherbusinessunits.E.g.ServiceCenter,Technology,Sales,ClientManagement,GlobalNetworkManagement,GlobalHealth&Wellness.
