设备制造岗位职责
岗位职责:
1、主导设备维修,设备性能合理技改等
2、设备场地规划,设备请购及跟进
3、自动化进度跟进
4、设备固定资产管理
5、主导设备各项技能培训
6、设备日常保养点检
7、设备日常维修
8、车间过滤网定期清洗
9、设备安装调试
10、设备月、季度、年度计划保养
任职要求:
1、有8年以上设备维修与保养经验。
2、会维修多种注塑机与硅胶机。
3、懂设备的保养与保护。
4、懂机台安装。
5、有电工证。
6、能配合自动化接一些特殊信号。

设备制造主管岗位职责
工作职责:
1.负责产品交付中心各单位设备、资产管理相关的组织及考核;
2.负责中心设备管理体系建设,编制、修订相关制度及表单等;
3.负责各单位资产管理以及设备运行动态管理,指标考核,协调解决各单位设备管理问题;
4.负责中心各单位TPM活动的策划、推行、辅导及检查;
5.负责中心MES系统设备模块功能测试、基础数据维护以及辅导培训
任职资格:
1.本科以上,机械类专业毕业;
2.5年以上相关工作经验;
3.掌握生产/测试设备的理论和技术细节;
4.掌握设备全寿命周期内各项业务了内容,能建立设备标准化管理系统;
5.有能力组织和实施设备管理活动开展
