进口/报关/清关专员?Overallmanagecustomsoperationfortheproductslikefinishedgoods,rawmaterials,equipmentandMRO,ensurecustomsdeclaration’saccuracyandon-timedelivery.
?ConductandexecutetheresponsibilityonHSclassification,customsinspection,tariffinfo,andequipwithawarenessofregulationchanges.
?Assisttoestablishandmaintainthedatabase,whichcontainsnecessaryimportelementssuchas(butnotlimitto)classification,GIinventory,dutyexemptionequipmentsupervision,tariff,trackingfileandBIreportetc.
?Closelycollaboratewithcrossfunctions,sitesand3PLcustomsbrokers,proactivelysolvetheissueshappenedintheend-to-endprocessandseektheopportunitiestooptimizetheexistingprocess.
?Supportinternal/externalauditagainstimport/exportcustomsdeclaration,followupthefindingsandanalyzetherootcourse.
?Timelyrenewcustomsrelatedcertificatesandforeigntradeoperationallicense.
ExperienceandEducationRequired:
?Above3yearsworkingexperienceinLogisticsarea,solidknowledgeincustomsoperationandhaveexperienceofcustomsinteraction.
?Familiarwithhazardousgoodsoperationispreferred.

清关代表岗位职责
岗位职责:
·及时通知收件方有关货物被暂扣海关的信息。
·依据客户需要,提供正确合理的清关建议以供客户参考。
·审核相应的报关单证。
·清关过程中,及时把每票快件的清关进展录入T+T系统,更新该快件的动态信息。
·主动定期复核、盘点扣关货物清单,及时发现异常情况,跟进解决。
·确保进口清关准备工作的准确无误,并且需要时及时提出修改意见。
·确保客户的数据得到很好地维护。
·联系客户收取关税,确保及时交纳与记录关税。
·解决争端或者在技术层面上给客户提供建议。
·保持全面透彻的清关操作程序方面的知识。
·解决客户和前线部门的业务查询,传达海关、检验检疫部门的最新信息。
·指派的其他工作任务。
·根据公司业务需要,可能会有一定的中班、晚班的轮班任务。
任职要求:
·大专以上学历
·良好的英语沟通能力,包括口语及书面。
·良好的电脑水平,熟练掌握办公软件
·1-2年的操作经验,从事国际贸易和物流行业,进口清关经验优先.
·具备责任感,以及快速的思考和行动能力
·电脑技能:证明能够熟练使用电脑和相关软件
·沟通技巧:说和写,能够有效的与客户和同事沟通
·打字技能:快速打字,并保持准确性
