Qualifications:

2.AtleasttwoyearsexperienceinaEH&Smanagementposition.
3.Familiarwithformulabasedproduction.
4.ChinaEH&Slawandregulations.
5.Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

篇2:项目经理安全生产健康环境管理职责
一、项目经理是本工程安全生产、健康环境管理的第一责任者,对本工程的安全生产、健康环境管理负全面领导责任。
二、认真贯彻执行国家有关安全生产的方针、政策、法令、法规和上级有关规定,并负责组织贯彻落实。
三、必须将安全施工、文明施工和环境保护列入重要议事日程,定期研究安全工作。
四、主持安全领导小组的工作,制定年度安全文明施工目标计划。
五、落实工程安全文明技术措施计划,确保工程安全文明技术措施经费的提取和使用。
六、确保工程及各施工队安全生产、健康环境管理奖励专用基金的建立和使用。
七、组织并检查本工程的安全生产、健康环境管理活动,及时研究解决安全施工文明施工中的问题。
八、按“四不放过”的原则,参加或组织对各类事故的调查处理工作。

1.1.1根据“谁主管谁负责的原则”对所分管部门的职业健康安全、环保管理负责;
1.1.2组织和落实分管部门环境、职业健康安全管理体系的有效运行,加以保持,并持续改进其有效性;
1.1.3组织制定、修订和审批分管部门的安全环保管理规章制度,认真组织实施,并监督检查执行情况;
1.1.4组织分管部门的安全环保监察,落实分管部门重大事故隐患的整改;
1.1.5定期召开销售系统的安全生产工作会议,分析企业安全生产动态,及时解决安全生产存在的问题;
1.1.6负责分管部门的安全环保教育与考核工作;
1.1.7组织或参加分管部门上报上级主管部门的事故调查、处理和上报。
