车身漆化学师CoreResponsibilities:?
Develop/OptimizerecipesforproductsfollowingAPQPprocess.Thisincludespreparationofalabsampleandsufficienttestingtodemonstratefulfillmentofcustomerspecifications,includingcolor.
?Recipesshouldbedesignedinsuchawaythattheycanbemanufacturedefficientlyinaleanprocess,ie.inaproductioncell,whererelevant,andwithminimumadjustmentsrequiredforcolor,viscosityandotherproperties.
?OKonloadisthetarget.Recipesshouldbereviewedregularly,eg.after3productionbatchestoensurethattheyarecenteredformaximumproductionefficiency.
?Recipesarealsotobedevelopedtobecosteffective,meetingourcustomers’requirementswhileusinglowcostmaterials.
?Achemistmustunderstandhowrecipecostimpactstheprofitabilityofourcompany.ThiswillinvolveworkonVMIprojects.
?Workwithapplicationteamtodevelopapplicationlinesimulationparameterstoensurethatlinetrialsandproductintroductionsarerightfirsttime.Thiswillinvolvegoodcommunicationwithrelevantlineservicepersonneltoobtainup-to-datelineconditions.
?Communicatewithaccountteamstoensurethatallprojectteammembersarefullyup-to-datewithtechnicalprogressonprojects.
?WorkwithProcessTechnologyteamtodefineprocessinstructionsformanufactureofproducts.Willrequirebasicunderstandingofplantmanufacturingprocesses.
?WorkingwithPTofnew/modifiedproductalignment(scaleup)intoproduction,followingtheagreedalignmentprocedure.Wheremodificationshavebeenmadetoexistingrecipes,theMOCprocedureistobefollowedtoensuregoodcommunicationwithplanning,sourcing,QCandotherrelevantdepartments.
?Whenrelevant,achemistisresponsibleforfindingsuitablereworkroutesforusingupdistressedinventoryorothernon-productiveinventorytominimizethefinancialimpactofpoorquality.
?Keeptestspecificationsandtestmethodsuptodate,developnewspecificationsandmethodsasrequired.Aimtominimizetheamountoftestingneededtomeetourcustomers’requirements.
?Ensureallprojectdocumentationiscompletedproperlyandinfullandavailableforanyinternalorexternalqualityaudits.
?Attendlinetrialsofnewproductlaunchesatcustomersites.
?Leadortakeactiveroleinproblemsolvingofcustomerissuesusingappropriatemethodology,e.g.8D.
?Understandtheprocessoverview.
