资深售前解决方案顾问（汽车行业）岗位职责要求
职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、配合销售进行售前咨询、售前调研、系统演示、方案撰写、方案讲解、谈判等工作，包括：
1)能够很好地配合销售团队，安排好售前工作计划、资源配置等；
2)能够很好地理解客户要求，挖掘并分析客户真实需求，完成相关的需求记录及分析工作；
3)能够分析客户需求后，短时间内出具相关的客户解决方案及实施方案建议书等相关工作，完成客户信息化项目的前期规划；
4)参与项目各个阶段的方案设计、撰写及报告陈述；参与投标过程；
5)能力熟练使用Office（Word，PowerPoint，Visio）系列软件进行方案、标书的编写；
6)能根据售前的工作进展情况及时进行风险预警及管控，进度资源的调节及最优使用。
2、支持项目实施工作及项目管理，包括：
1)支持项目组完成用户需求讨论、流程设计、蓝图编写等工作；
2)按项目安排对项目进程跟踪，监督相关项目实施工作进程。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上数字营销及DMP相关产品的售前工作经验；
2、能够独立完成项目相关的售前沟通、调研、方案编写，有汽车行业背景优先；
3、具备多层次的业务战略和业务定位的能力及强大的演讲技巧能力；
4、出色的沟通和交流技巧，良好的进取心，团队合作精神和双赢思维，耐心及优秀的谈判技巧；
5、具备良好的客户服务意识和方案交付能力；
6、能适应因工作需要的出差。
