店铺副经理岗位职责

工作职责:

1.销售服务和员工管理

-以专业态度向来店各类顾客提供销售接待服务

-协助店铺经理进行店铺销售招聘、员工培训及相关人员管理工作

2.订单,仓库管理和其他任务

3.协助店铺经理进行店面陈列和维护,确保店面整体展示效果和标准符合品牌概念与准则

4.参与其他店铺运营工作

5.店铺经理分配的其他相关工作

任职要求:

1.大专及以上学历,销售相关工作经验,两年以上店铺管理工作经验

2.掌握产品知识,可向客人全方位推荐家具及配饰产品

3.沟通协调能力、语言表达能力、分析判断能力、团队领导能力、决策能力、影响能力、全局意识、市场导向、责任心、敬业努力,不计较加班和额外工作

4.熟悉店铺管理工作,对店铺运营相关环节有足够的管理技能

岗位职责

1、参与店铺管理,帮助店铺建设,带领所在团队完成当月任务;

2、细致分析团队成员特长,合理安排每日工作及根据公司的考核评定,对小组组员进行绩效管理;

3、负责每日店铺早会的召开,负责楼层区域货品所有细节维护;

4、随时关注并分析各自区域销售情况,及时向上反馈相关人、货、场情况,并提出改善建议。

岗位要求

1、本科以上学历,具有知名品牌服饰或大型零售企业两年以上独立管理工作经验;

2、对销售数据敏感,优秀的数据分析能力;

3、具备一定的人力资源管理能力,善于沟通、培训和员工激励;

4、高效率的领导管理能力,执行力高,抗压能力较好;

5、热爱服装,精通服装产品,流行趋势,陈列搭配,对时尚有敏锐的触觉。

工作时间:每周工作五天,排班轮休制,每天工作八小时,分早中晚三个班次
