岗位职责:

1.根据产品的生命周期以及需求量进行相应的采购数量分析以及备件采购/维修件送修;

2.保证HWS采购物料供应能够满足安全库存以及客户需求;

3.PO跟踪,及时处理维修过程中出现的各类问题,协调交货,并预计能够交货风险

4.催收发票,协助财务进行审计

5.完成合规进口文件

6.平?库存量,保证无不必要库存,分析并报告缺货原因并协调供应商对缺货件进行排产

7.通过优化采购流程节约采购成本

8.后台采购数据库的更新

职位要求:

1.本科以上学历,物流或供应链相关专业优先

2.1-3年订单支持、采购、供应链相关经验,熟悉SAP或ERP系统优先,有电子行业背景更佳

3.熟练操作MSOffice办公软件

4.良好的表达沟通能力,耐心细致,客户导向

5.能够独立完成工作,较好的解决问题能力

6.良好的中英表达能力
