精益生产专家工作职责与职位要求

职位描述：

职责描述：

1、负责精益生产模块的推动计划制定；

2、负责精益生产模块的实施方案制定；

3、组织企业精益生产讨论小组，参与各精益管理方案的研讨，参与精益管理实施工作，指导企业团队成员落地实施；

4、基于项目的实施计划，推动项目的进程，确保精益项目动作及时关闭和生产效率、存货等目标的达成；

5、针对生产现场实际情况对工位布局、员工作业动作和方法进行优化，并将改善方法作业标准化构建指导、推动；

6、结合企业实际提出优化生产工艺流程、提高生产效率、降低库存的实施方案；

7、根据企业实际推动5S&TPM管理动作实施；

8、完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。

职位要求：

1、五年以上制造业精益生产现场工作经验；

2、有取得较好成果的实际案例；

3、大专或以上学历。
