职位描述：

Accountabilities职责描述：

1.Conductrelateddailytestingandtestmethoddevelopment,suchasmicrobelimittesting,sterilitytesting;

执行日常的相关测试和检测方法的开发，如微生物限度检测，无菌检测，细菌内毒素检测；

2.Befamiliarwithregularmicrobiologicalbasictestingmethods,suchasmedia/dilutionpreparation,mediagrowthpromotiontesting,Gramstaining,bacterialstrainmanagement;

熟悉相关微生物基本检测方法，如培养基配制、稀释，培养基促生长检测，革兰氏染色，菌种管理等；

3.Conductcleanroomroutineenvironmentalmonitoringandpurifiedwatersystemroutinemonitoring;

执行洁净区域和纯化水系统的日常环境监测；

4.Familiarwithrelatedtestequipment,likesterilitytestingsystem,endotoxintestsystem,,airbornemicrobesampler,airborneparticlesampler,autoclaveandsoon;

熟悉相应的测试仪器设备，如无菌检测系统，细菌内毒素测试系统，浮游菌采样器，粒子采样器，灭菌设备；

5.Preparetestreportstosupportrawmaterial/product/plantfacilityandotherrelatedmaterialrelease;

准备支持原料、产品、厂房设施以及其他相关物料放行的相关报告；

6.Befamiliarwithproductiontest,plantfacilitymonitorrelatedrequirementsofregulations,likeCP,USP,GMP,GB,ISO;

熟悉产品测试，厂房设施监测相关的法规，如中国药典，美国药典，良好生产操作规范，中国国家标准，国际标准组织等；

7.DraftallQCrelatedSOPs,includingtestSOP,managementSOP,andupdatetheseSOPsbasingonthevalidationresultsortrendassayresultsorregulation;

编写所有QC相关的SOP，包括测试SOP,管理SOP，并根据验证结果或者趋势分析结果或法规及时更新相关SOP；

8.OrderandmaintaintheconsumablesandreagentsusedinQCtesting;

采购并管理测试所需的试剂耗材；

9.OperateQCequipment,cooperatewithrelevantdepartmentstoconducttheequipmentcalibrationandmaintenancetimely;

使用QC相关仪器，和相关部门合作及时实施仪器的校验和维护

10.Cooperatewithotherdepartmenttoconductrelatedvalidations,draftprotocols,performtheprocedures,analyzeandreporttheresults.Participateinrelateddeviation/OOSinvestigations,timelyreviewtheabnormalcases.

和其他部门合作进行相关的验证工作，编制方案，实施检测，分析并汇报结果。参与相关的偏差/OOS调查,及时回顾异常情况。

Qualifications职位要求：

1.BSdegreeinbiochemistry,microbiology,immunology,molecular/cellbiologyorarelateddisciplinewith2-3yearsofQCrelevantexperienceinvaccine/bio-pharmaceutical/nutritionindustry,orMSinrelateddisciplinewithatleastoneyearsofrelevantworkexperience;

生物化学、微生物学、分子、细胞生物或其他相关领域学士学位，2-3年疫苗、生物制药或营养品等行

业QC相关工作经验；或者相关领域硕士学位，至少1年相关工作经验；

2.KnowledgeofstandardrequirementsforplantfacilitymonitoringandbasicbiologicaltestingasstatedbyGB,CP,GMP;

具有国标、中国药典和GMP等法规关于厂房设施监测和基本生物检测知识；

3.Workingknowledgeandhands-ontechnicalskillsoflab/Environmentalmonitoringoperationsandtestingmethodsinrelevantindustry,,suchasmicrobelimittesting,sterilitytesting,endotoxintesting,TOC,Conductivitytest;

有相关工业领域实验室或者环境监测实操经验，如微生物限度检测，无菌检测，细菌内毒素检测，总有机碳，电导率测试；

4.bilitytoanalyzedata,troubleshoot,trainandworkcloselywithotherfunction.

具有数据分析、异常结果原因分析的能力，可以被培训并能够和其他部门同事共同合作。

篇2:环境监测分析员职位描述与岗位职责任职要求

职位描述：

薪酬总额=基本工资+绩效工资+辅助工资+加班工资+社保单位部分。主要从事工作为工民建、市政道路，公路、水利等试验检测工作试验检测报告及相关文件、资料的整理，打印、归档检测报告，文印等相关工作；工作地点荆州市沙市区荆州试验室。工作情况简介，原则上采用双休或轮休，如有加班按照月工资平均到天后计算。有相关经验的优先，家在荆州市的优先。

环境监测QA职位要求

1.有2年以上从事药厂环境监测相关工作，熟悉洁净室的进出流程；

2.具备微生物相关的专业知识，熟悉国内外法规要求；

3.熟练操作相关环境监测仪器，如悬浮粒子，浮游采样仪等；

4.较强的分析问题的能力，做事认真、有一定的条理性；

5.英语水平4级或以上，有一定的英文阅读和写作基础。

环境监测QA岗位职责

1.参与环境监测文件的起草、修订及培训；

2.负责洁净区域（A/B/C/D）的日常环境监测；

3.环境监测数据的整理和趋势分析，定期的质量回顾。
