篇2:意大利语翻译岗位职责

意大利语翻译及运营游龙互动深圳市游龙互动科技开发有限责任公司,游龙互动,游龙岗位职责:

1、负责完成游戏文字内容、网页资料的翻译,以及翻译资料库的建立与完善;

2、负责检查翻译更新到游戏中的效果,协助测试人员保证无错发生;

3、负责和用户进行沟通,反映和解决用户反馈的问题。

任职资格:

1、本科学历,意大利语相关专业;

2、外语水平:意大利语专四或者同等水平以上;

3、有一定的翻译经验,具备游戏行业、动漫行业翻译经验者优先;对于国内外网络游戏行业有一定理解,玩过MMORPG类游戏、国外游戏者优先;

4、有良好的沟通理解能力以及团队协作能力;文字处理能力、应变能力强、能适应较强的工作压力;

5、可熟练运用中文和意大利语处理日常商务邮件往来。

岗位职责:

1.负责学员的接待,包括电话咨询、预约和来访的接待,准确介绍各类培训课程,根据学生的情况制定一对一的学习计划。

2.向学生和家长介绍意大利留学咨询事宜,并及时做好学员的回访跟进工作。

任职要求:

1、要有很强的说服力,要有很强的语言表达能力,可以把学校的真实情况及留学服务全面地展示给学生和家长。

2、要有一定的沟通技巧,可以通过电话掌握客户的心理,根据每个咨询学生和家长的性格的不同,通过学生和家长可以接受的方式,进行学校实际情况的介绍和留学信息及留学服务的介绍

3、要有很强的学习能力,和随机应变能力。

4、要有团队合作精神和职业敬业精神,要有保密和珍惜学校资源的职责。
