1.InchargeofequipmentdataqualityfortheassignedregionsinNAG

2.ManualcaptureofequipmenteventsforNon-EDIfacilitiesofassignedregionsinNAG

3.CommunicatingwithregionalCSV/TSH/EQMandfacilityvendorsdirectlyforequipmentdatarelatedissues

4.Creation/Terminationeventsupdatingandmaintainingtheoveralldataintegrityandcompleteness

5.EquipmentInventory/Flowanalysisandreporting

1.及时发送edi数据到铁路公司,确保需要多式联运的出口集装箱货物顺利进入铁路系统;

2.与铁路公司保持密切交流,追踪集装箱在铁路上的运输动态;

3.在货物截港当时提交装运清单以及各类舱单,确保集装箱装载上预定船舶;

4.与码头,海关等密切交流,处理在码头内所产生的各类突发事件;

5.船开后对于上船集装箱进行整理归档

北美出口操作助理夜班东方海外东方海外货柜航运(中国)有限公司,东方海外货柜隔周夜班22:00pm-6:00am有丰厚夜班津贴

Accountabilities:

1.ReconciletheVesselloadlist;

2.MonitorthemovementofcontainerstothemarineterminalandverifyOOCLhastheproperdocumentswhenthefinalterminalloadissubmitted;

3.Arrangelategatesasrequired;

4.Updatebookingsinterminalsystems;

5.Monitordrayagefromtheramptotheterminalforintermodalrailcargo;

6.ActasaliaisonbetweentheterminalandtheCustomerServiceDept.onallcargounacceptabletoload;

7.Compilefinalterminalloadlistsandnotifyallaffectedpartiesviae-maildaily.
