运营估算成本工程师佳兆业金沙湾国际乐园公司佳兆业金沙湾国际乐园公司岗位职责:

1、负责游乐项目、冰雪世界、海洋馆、其他场馆等运营类项目的招标采购,包括但不限于运营物资、各种秀场、海洋生物、标识标牌等成本控制工作,运营类工程的成本计价、分析及结算工作;

2、负责运营阶段及前期工程造价资料的收集整理,配合完成定价、招标及评标工作;

3、按合同相关条款办理运营类工程的决算及督查工程合同的跟踪执行;

4、及时准确完成相关变更测算,跟进已完工程的结算;

5、组织开展商务洽谈,确保合作伙伴的长期友好合作。

任职资格:

1、35岁以下,造价、预算相关专业统招全日制本科以上学历;

2、有相关运营项目、造价咨询公司安装工程造价类工作经验;

3、有大型综合体项目,游乐、冰雪、海洋馆及其他场馆类的招标及结算等工作经历;

4、熟悉工程计量规则及行业标准,了解预结算计算技巧,熟练应用工程计价软件及各类办公软件;

5、熟悉相关管理及业务流程,具备造价师资格,注册造价工程师优先考虑。

职责描述:

-Providereliabilityofcostingdataateachphasesindependently,andtoallinternalcustomers(programmanagers,sitemanagers,sales/purchasingmanagers)ofthedivision

-CompletecostingBOMduringacquisitionphase;focusonmaterialcost(BOP),evaluateprocesscostalsosupportdesigntocostactivities&providerecommendationtoimproveprofitability

-Setcosttargetsfornew&modifiedpurchasedcomponents(piecepriceandtoolingcost)

-EvaluateECRcostassessmentduringprogramphase

-Providesupportduringsuppliernegotiationsthroughanalysisofsupplier’spricebreakdowndetailand/or“shouldcost”analysis

-Seriallife(VA/VEactivities)

-Ensureprogramcostingproceduresareimplementedandfollowed

-Ensurethatcostingprocedureareimplemented,andtoolsused

-Providecostingrisk/opportunitiesanalysistothemanagementofthedivisionandperprogram

-Supplieraudit

-Involveinspecialcostingprojectwhenrequired

-CompliancetoCodeofEthicsandCodeofManagement

-Othersifneeded
