?Toreviewcustomerpaymentperformanceandtakeappropriateaction.CoordinatewithresponsibleBD/CS/Opstocollecttheoutstandingpayment..

?Followupthedisputecaseswithresponsibledepartmentandperson.Ensureitcanbesolvedtimely.

?Creditholdrelatedfunctiondailyhandle-up.

?Followupwith3rdpartyagencyforseriousoverdueaccounts.

?Keeprecordsofallcorrespondencewithcustomeronoverdueitemstoensurethatevidenceofactiontakenisalwaysavailable.

?Payavisit&makenegotiationwithclientsifnecessary.

?DoingARrelatedreport&assistancetoCCmanagerforARissues.
