岗位职责：
1、根据产品需求，组建项目研发团队，编制项目执行计划，包括人力，进度，预算等，推进项目的研发实施；
2、监控项目过程的质量和进度，组织突发问题的攻关；
3、协调涉及项目的内外部研发资源；
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，2年及以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉硬件产品开发流程；获得PMP项目管理认证为优；
3、能熟练使用office办公系列软件；
4、良好沟通技巧，工作责任心强；
5、具有较强的团队协作精神。

?根据产品规格和品牌设计服务解决方案或触发新的服务模式,与服务提供/解决方案密切配合,以满足OEM客户的需求。
?代表区域服务团队关于OEM战略项目的问题和关注点,包括服务支持流程和成本效益/影响分析。
?评估联想提供所需服务的现有能力,并根据差距确定额外的投资需求。
?管理产品发布准备,以满足地域服务发布要求。
?与业务转型和IT团队合作,根据需要制定有效和高效执行服务所需的需求。
?遵循开发检查点流程。改进新业务模型的流程。
?有效管理和控制服务项目范围、风险、质量和变更。

?学士学位
?5年或以上的OEM、工厂服务或相关领域
?了解全球保修、服务和支持运营
?在PC或智能设备行业工作经验
?了解产品开发和生命周期过程
?良好的英语书写和口语能力
