?Organizepre-/conceptualplanningphaseofinvestmentprojectstodeterminescopeandrequirement.
?Determineasuitableexecutionconceptandstaffingplanforeachproject,incollaborationwithA-FTA.
?ConductexpertreviewsandpreparetechnicaldocumentsrequiredforCAPEXapprovalprocess.
?Manageprojectexecutionssafely,andinaccordancetoplannedbudgetandtimeline.
?Ensuretechnicalfeasibility,earlyidentificationofrisksanditscountermeasures.
?Provideconstructioncommissioningandstart-upsupporttoensurethatprojectandoperationstargetsintermsofsafety,quality,operabilityandmaintainabilityoftheassetsaremet.
?Reviewprojectexecutions(AuditA)andconductlessonslearntworkshops.

?Establishatoolboxofavailableequipmenttechnologies,vendorsandengineeringpartnersthatcanbeselectedbasedonindividualprojectrequirements.
?Monitorthereliabilityofasset&equipmentandtheeffectivenessofsupplier/engineeringpartner.
?Supporttheimplementationofdigitalsolution(e.g.IT/ISvendor,engineeringandsystems)forECA,incollaborationwithmanufacturingandmaintenancecommunity.

?GoodEnglishandChinesecommunicationcapabilitiesverballyandinwriting.
?Stronginterpersonalskills,andwithexperiencetoworkwithdifferentcultures.

篇2:车间分析仪表工程师安全职责
1、负责做好化水分析仪表的安全生产工作,确保各项技术工作的安全可靠性。
2、负责在现分析仪表的安全技术规程及安全技术管理制度,在编制在线分析仪表的维护、施工、检修方案时要有可靠的卫生措施,并对执行情况进行检查监督。
3、对本车间职工进行在线分析仪表的安全操作技术培训并进行考试。
4、每天深入现场检查在线分析仪表的安全运行情况,发现事故隐患及时整改。并对违章作业或不听劝阻者,立即停止作业,并报请领导处理。
5、参加车间新建、扩建、改建工程设计审查、竣工验收,参加分析仪表改造方案的审查,使之符合安全技术要求。
6、参加有关事故调查、分析,查明原因,分清责任,提出预防措施,并及时向领导或主管部门报告。
7、参与制订装置检修,停、开工方案,做好在线分析仪表的交底工作。
8、对车间分析仪表的安全技术负主要责任。
篇3:设备处仪表责任工程师安全生产职责
1参与拟订本单位安全生产规章制度、检修规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案;
2参与本单位安全生产教育和培训,如实记录安全生产和培训情况;
3参与本单位应急救援演练;
4检查主管车间的安全生产状况,及时排查生产安全事故隐患,提出改进安全生产管理的建议;
5制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反检修规程的行为;
6督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施;
7审核与自己业务相关的危险作业安全技术措施计划和防护措施方案,做好检查落实工作;认真审核主管车间的施工作业票,对检修风险、检修内容、检修说明、安全环保措施等进行识别确认;在施工过程中对上述条款的落实情况进行监督检查;
8掌握灭火和火场逃生知识,熟悉各种灭火器材的使用方法;
9积极参加安全文化建设,培养良好的安全习惯和安全价值观;
