Responsibilities

1.ResponsibleforTier1applicationsupportforthegroupapplications

2.ResponsibleforQlikSenseandNPrintingreportingsystemdesign,developmentandsupports

3.ResponsibleforQlikSenseandNprintingserverdailysupportandmaintenance

4.PlanandexecuteBIreportingprojectbyacquiringuserrequirement,workingwithinternalstakeholdersanddeliveringdashboardsandreports

5.Conductbusinessrequirementanalysisandsuggestsuitablereportlayout/formatsincludinginteractiveandstaticreports

6.Participateinallaspectsofsolutiondesign,Analyzethesystembugandrequirement.Raisetheideaforsystemenhancementsolution.

7.Understandtheprojectmanagementflow,assisttheprojectmanagerforthesystemdebug.Verifythescopeofworkprovidedtoyouisinlinewiththeestimateddeliverytimeline,provideaccuratestatusupdates,andimmediatelynotifycomplextechnicalissuesthePM.

8.ReviewITSystems,keepdocumentationupdated&engagestakeholdersregularlytoreviewandapplybestpractice

9.Workwithcorrespondinguserstotestandensuretheaccuracyandintegrityofresults

10.Managethedevelopmentwithsoftwarevendorwithintightbudgetandtimeline

系统分析专员岗位职责

职责描述:

1、进行用户需求分析、优化、明确用户需求,编写需求规格说明书、需求开发计划等;

2、根据业务需求进行原型设计,对开发、测试、用户等不同的受众进行有针对性的沟通;

3、收集和跟踪用户反馈,进行需求变更管理;帮助项目进行跨部门的资源协调,保持开发商、客户的良好沟通;

4、协调项目开发进度,推进各项目按进度顺利完成;

5、能够针对项目突发状况做出合理预判并制定有效解决方案;针对系统中发生的case,有针对性的协调解决;

6、对公司IT相关文档进行归纳整理;

7、能完成主管所安排的工作,对于所发现的问题及时和主管进行沟通。

任职要求:

1、1年或以上工作经验,对客户管理、订购流程有一定的了解;

2、大专或以上学历,信息工程管理或相关专业,有项目管理经验者优先,英文熟练者优先考虑;

3、熟悉Windows系统和JIRA管理软件;

4、有良好的沟通能力,组织协调能力和问题处理能力。
