篇3:高级审单员岗位职责要求
1.负责审核并处理各种外贸单证及内贸单证。
2.及时委托报关、交纳税单。
3.按时输人有关采购的各种信息和结算数据,及时制作付款申请单、入库单等,并对输人数据的及时性和准确性承担检查责任,确保数据库各项数据的正确性和有效性。
4.协助做好供应商、制造商有关资料的收集。
5.负责对所有物料采购卷宗的归档、管理和保管工作,确保卷宗的内容规范、有效、完整。
