LeadWeifangqualityfunctionforallactivitiesfromIQC,IPQCtothecustomerquality.Drivingoperationteamtoworktogethertothequalitytarget.Managequalityengineer/technicianteamforthequalityactivitiesproblemsolvingprojectsandcontinuesimprovementprojectsinWeifangE&MVSMs.
Communicateswithabovementionedfunction,regulatoryandorganizationalrequirementstoassureproductqualityandcustomersatisfactioninWeifanglocation.
OverseesWeifangE&MeffectivedocumentationandimplementationofthequalitymanagementsystemIATF16949toassurecompliancewithcustomerandregulatoryrequirementsandthestandardssetbycorporate/divisionpoliciesaswellasconsolidationcoordinatorofQMSforoneCFD.
WorkswithWeifangE&MBUM,productionlineandothersupportingfunctionstoensurethatindividualsperformingfunctionsaffectingqualityaretrainedanddemonstratetheappropriateskillsandperformanceresults.
Coordinatesnecessarypersonnelforinternal,customerandthirdpartyqualitysystemaudits.
Maintainsacorrectiveactionsystemtoanalyzeandcorrectnonconformingconditionsandcomplaints.
Implementstheperformancemeasurementsnecessarytoeffectivelyevaluateorganizationalperformanceandtrendsinproductquality,services,customersatisfactionandthecostofpoorquality.Usestheresultsofperformanceevaluationtotargetimprovementefforts.
Monitoring/Supportsupplierqualitytoensuredesiredlevelsofsupplierqualityperformance.
CollaborateswithEngineeringonbothnewproductdevelopmentanddesignreviewforquality/reliabilityissues.
TrainingdeliveryofthequalitymanagementsystemandotherqualityprofessionalknowledgestoallWeifangfunctionsandkeysuppliers.
Supportandtakeinitiativetothedivisionproductsimplificationandpartssimplification.
Qualifications:
B.S.DegreeoraboveinanEngineeringorrelateddiscipline.
Demonstratedabilityofthepeoplemanagementinqualityorganization.Haveclearmanagementmindsetofdifferenttypeofpeople.
FivetoTenyearsofQuality,Engineeringorrelatedexperience,E&Mfilterindustryexperienceismust.
ThoroughknowledgeofIATF16949asapplicableforautomotiveismandatory.
Knowledgeofmanufacturingandqualitytechnologies.
Experiencewithqualityimprovementtoolsandtechniques(i.e.,APQP,SixSigma,StatisticalProcessControl,andFMEA,MSA,CP).
Demonstratedleadership,projectmanagement,facilitationandproblem-solvingskills.

篇2:项目副经理主管技术质量安全管理责任
⑴对工程项目安全生产管理工作负技术管理责任。
⑵贯彻、落实安全生产方针、政策,严格执行安全技术规程、规范、标准;⑶主持项目工程的安全技术交底。
⑷组织编制施工组织设计、各专项施工方案。编制、审查施工方案时,要审查安全技术措施,保证其可行性和针对性,并组织进行验收,监督其执行情况,及时解决出现的问题。
⑸工程项目如采用新材料、新技术、新工艺时,要及时上报技术质量部,必须制定相应的安全技术措施,经副总经理(主管技术质量)批准后方可实施。同时要对上岗人员进行安全技术培训。编制相应的安全技术措施与安全操作规程,并监督实施情况。
⑹组织安全防护设施、设备的验收工作,并做出结论性意见。严格控制不符合安全技术标准要求的防护设备、设施投入使用。
⑺参加安全生产检查,对施工中存在的事故隐患和不安全因素从技术方面提出整改意见。
⑻参加事故的调查,从技术上分析事故发生的原因,提出防范措施和整改意见。
篇3:建筑公司质量安全部经理工作职责
1、认真贯彻执行《建筑法》、《安全生产法》、《建筑工程安全生产管理条例》和《建筑工程质量管理条例》等法律法规,健全公司内部的质量、安全管理制度和质量、安全检查制度;
2、坚持“谁主管,谁负责”的原则,把质量、安全生产工作落实到项目部、施工队和班组,建立施工现场质量、安全的量化考核指标,建立工程项目质量、安全生产规章制度,完成公司安排的安全、质量工作任务;
3、经常深入生产一线和施工现场,对生产、施工现场坚持“一管、二定、三检查”的施工管理原则,做好各项目质量、安全的检查记录;
4、检查各项目的质量、安全记录(包括建筑材料出厂合格证、钢材和混凝土试件的检验报告等),监督各项目做好“三宝、四口、五临边”的防护,增强安全、质量意识,做到文明施工。
5、负责各分部分项目工程的质量监管、质量把关工作,切实做好隐蔽工程的验收检查和记录;负责做好与质量有关的报检材料的送检、化验、试验、试压等项工作,并保持有关的记录;
6、严格按照设计图纸施工,没有设计单位的有效书面变更通知,不得变更、更改图纸;
7、定期组织分工种的质量管理培训,提高施工队伍的整体智力水平,力争创全优工程。
8、负责ISO9001质量管理体系的贯彻实施,按要求组织质量管理体系的内部审核、管理评审,制订有关的纠正、预防措施,确保质量管理体系的有效性;
9、完成领导交办的其他工作任务;
