职位描述

JOBSUMMARY/PURPOSE:

Toassistinleadinganddirectingthewinelist,serviceofwineandbar.

Tomaintainthehighestservicestandards.

Tomotivatetheteamtoachievethesestandards.

Tocreateanddevelopnewideaswiththegoalofincreasingthelevelsofrevenueandprofitabilityandincreasingthequalityofservice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strivetoforfillobjectivessetfortherestaurant,assistindevelopthemarketingstrategy.

Responsibleforattainingtherevenuetargets.

Beresponsibleforthecreationandmaintenanceofthewine,beverageandcocktaillistsfortherestaurantandbar.

Sourcingofwinesofexceptionandexcellencefromaroundtheworld.

Workingwiththepurchasingdepartmenttoacquirelicencesorproducts.

Monitoringandmaintainingofabove.

Toberesponsiblefortheday-to-dayrunningofthebarandwinecellar,ensuringthatwineandbeveragecoverageismaintainedatalltimes.

Minimizewastageandincreaseprofitsthroughtightcontrolandstocktakingallbeverageitems(hardandsoft)onaregularandfrequentbasis.

Totightlyregulatethephysicalcashflowofthebarareaensuringthatcorrectproceduresandpoliciesarebeingadheredtobyallbarandwinewaitersandtenders,implementingsecuritystepstopreventthemisuseand/orpilferingofmoniesand/orgoods.

ToprovideaservicetoclientsofthehigheststandardasaresetbytheCompaniesminimumstandardsandtoensurethatthebrigadedolikewise.

工作内容:

·甄选、研发黑天鹅正餐厅的酒品及其他饮品

·提供服务员的葡萄酒服务与销售培训

·酒窖等所有相关设施设备的管理与维护

Preferredqualificationsandskills:

-Selectionanddevelopmentofourwinesandotherdrinks.

-Stafftrainingonwineservicesandselling.

-Managementandmaintenanceofwinecellarandrelatedequipments.

工作经验:

.男女不限;无食品行业相关禁忌疾病

·5年以上同类法餐厅侍酒师工作经验

?WSET/CMS或同等级证书

·具备一定的领导能力与超强的团队协作能力

.流利中文、英文口语

Keyrequirements:

-Man’sheightnolessthan175cm,woman’sheightnolessthan165cm,well-featured,nofoodindustry-relateddisease.

-Minimum5years’serviceexperienceinfinedinningrestaurant.

-WSET/CMSCertificateorequivalent.

-Goodatteamleadingandcooperation.
