机厂行车安全操作规程
1.禁止超负荷使用，不准许倾斜起吊荷重及做拖拉工具使用。
2.操纵人员在工作中，应随时注意钢丝绳在卷筒上脱槽或绕有双层的不良情况，并及时排除。起吊时要注意检查钓头和起吊绳的可靠性。
3.勿使盘式制动器之制动片上沾有油垢，盘式制动器可用弹簧调整，使其制动距离在最大负荷时亦不得超过80毫米。
4.应经常检查钢丝绳及涂油，若断丝和磨损达到报废规定应进行更换。
5.应及时加油足够的润滑油，润滑油应干净，不得含有杂质和污垢。
6.行车不用时，不许把重物悬于空中，要把它停到规定的地方；吊钩升至地面2米以上的位置，然后切断电源。
7.有车应有专人管理，应至少在半月内全面检查一次，发现问题及时处理。
8.要经常检查行车电气设备绝缘状况和接地电阻值，以保证操作人员的安全。
篇2:行车操作安全管理制度
一、操作人员班前、班中严禁饮酒。操作时必须精神饱满,精力集中。
二、操作人员在使用行车前,应进行例行检查、发现装置和零件不正常时,必须在使用前排除。
三、开车前,必须鸣铃或报警。操作中行车接近人时,亦应给以断续铃声。
四、非行车操作人员不准随便进入行车驾驶室。
五、行车上有两人工作时,事先没有互相联系和通知,不得擅自开动行车。
六、工作中遇到突然停电,应将所有控制器手柄板回零位,在重新工作前应检查行车是否完好后方可使用。因停电重物悬挂半空时,操作人员应使地面人员紧急避让。
七、在任何情况下,吊运重物不准从人的上方通过,吊臂下方不得有人。
八、操作人员进行行车维护保养时,应切断主电源并挂上标志牌。
九、严禁大小车及上下车三线同时使用。
十、控制器应逐步开动,不得将控制器手柄从顺转位置直接猛转到反转位置,应先将控制器转到零位,再换反方向。
十一、坚持做到“十个不准吊”:
1、指挥信号不明或乱指挥不吊;
2、物体重量不清或超负荷不吊;
3、斜拉物体不吊;
4、重物上站人或浮置物不吊;
5、工作场地昏暗,无法看清场地、被吊物及指挥信号不吊;
6、工件埋在地下不吊;
7、工作捆绑、吊挂不牢不吊;
8、重物棱角处与吊绳之间未加垫衬不吊;
9、吊索具达到报废标准或安全装置失灵不吊;
10、重物超长未采取牵引措施不吊。
篇3:标准行车安全操作规则

2.行车的操作,只应由下述持证人员进行,
持有操作证的人员
执行任务的检修人员
非行车工作人员,未经安全部门认可,严禁操作。

3.设备的性能完好,是安全操作的保障。行车投入使用前,必须根据《德马格行车日检表》进行点检。(Itistheassurancetosafetyoperationthatthecranesareatthegoodcondition&functionwell.Thedailycheckingmustbeundertakenaccordingto<>beforeputtingthecranesintoservice.

歪拉,斜拉不吊
超负荷不吊
冒险作业,视线不清不吊
危险物品无安全措施不吊
物件捆扎不牢不吊
物件上站人不吊
吊具不符合要求不吊
埋在地下物件情况不明不吊
指挥人员未离开吊运危险区域不吊
对于违反“十不吊”原则的操作,操作人员有权拒绝执行。

Noliftingwhenthepersondirectingtheliftisinapositionwherehemaybeinjured.
Ifthegivendirectionbreaksthe“10NoLiftingRules”,theoperatorhastherighttorefusetoe*ecutethedirection.
5.不得频繁利用极限位置限位开关停车;不得在有载荷得情况下调整起升马达的制动器,物件不得从人和重要设备得上空通过;给车辆吊运时,必须等车辆停靠平稳,装卸人员离开车辆后方可进行;吊运散件时,必须试吊,平稳后方可吊运;所吊重物接近或达到额定起重能力时,吊运前应检查马达刹车系统,并用小高度,短行程试吊,再平稳地吊运。

6.加强对制动器,吊钩,钢丝绳和吊具等的日常点检,并且相应做好记录。发现故障,应及时汇报和处理,不得带隐患作业。

7.严格执行交接班制度。交班人员应向接班人员说明行车运行概况,以及安全设施,电气和机械设备的使用情况。接班人员应对行车进行设备点检。

8.开车前,必须看清周围情况,确认危险区域内无人后,才可以启动。行车启动停车应平稳,遵循从慢速到快速,再从快速到停的原则。避免频繁点动。

9.工作中突然断电,需使所有的控制器处与零位。并且设法将重物放下后,方可离开,严禁重物长时间滞留空中。

10.行车检查,维修,清洁时,必须切断电源,并在主开关上悬挂警告牌。行车司机负责确定合理的停车位置。维护保养结束后,行车操作人须认真检查设备是否符合要求,然后按照安全,正确的步骤检验行车。

11.工作完毕,主附钩应升到高位,吊钩上不允许有负载。行车停留在指定位置。各控制开关复位。按下急停开关,切断总电源。
