JobDescription:
-Providehighestlevelofcustomersupportthroughclosepartnershipwithcustomerandaccountpersonnel
-Driveallcriticalrampandsustainingprojectswithclearmilestones,coordinatingsupportstaff,andmeetingon-timedeliverables
-Overseeinganynecessarydiagnoses,troubleshooting,service,andrepairofcomplexequipment
-Followandleadallsafetyprotocolswiththeonsitesupportpersonnel–drivezero-failurementalitythroughtheorganization
-Mentor,nurture,andgrowthetechnicalandmanagementcompetenceofonsitesupportorganization.
-Drivecross-functionalHQandlocalteamstodriveissuesresolution
-OwnanddrivetheOperationsCommittee(OC)meetingwiththecustomer
-Responsiblefordrivingservicerevenueincludingcustomernegotiations
JobRequirements:
-BachelororabovedegreeinrelatedEngineering.
-Typicallyrequiresaminimumof8-10yearsofrelatedexperiencewithleadershipskillsinsemiconductorindustry.
-Canuseskillsasaseasoned,experiencedprofessionalwithafullunderstandingofindustrypracticesandcompanypoliciesandprocedures;abilitytosolveproblemsinimaginativeaswellaspracticalways.
-Canworkonproblemsofdiversescopewhereanalysisofdatarequiresevaluationofidentifiablefactors.Demonstratesgoodjudgmentinselectingmethodsandtechniquesforobtainingsolutions.Interactswithseniorinternalandexternalpersonnel.
-Capableofinfluencingpeoplealsoathighermanagementlevels
-Strongabilityofcommunicatingwithcustomerinafriendlyandclearwaytoaddressconcernsorneeds,withgoodunderstandingthecontext

2.处理当地农民种植过程中出现的相关种植问题,协助品控部解决客户投诉等。
3.全面负责新品种的示范安排、数据收集整理、编写报告。
4.进行种植条件分析,帮助销售部制订品种推广计划。
5.对本区域的经销商和农户不定期进行技术培训。
6.负责业务员技术培训及服务技能的提高。
7.负责公司产品包装、标签、说明书的制作和质量跟踪。
8.编写技术服务资料。
